There comes a point in a man's life when he has improved almost every aspect of himself.

He has built the reputation and success. He’s fulfilled the family legacy. And one quiet evening, despite all this he is still empty. He can’t explain it. Despite achieving everything that most men dream of.

He finds external outlets to fill this missing void. Eventually he realises… what he does in private, doesn’t align with his public image.

That is not failure. That is the moment he arrives at the last frontier, the one every man is walking toward whether he knows it or not. Living in alignment.

So he begins a journey of searching for what’s missing - I call this Internal Insight.

Every man is born with greatness. However, the limits he carries was handed to him one sentence at a time, by parents who meant well, by an education system that barely applies to reality, by society that told him what a man is for. His limitations aren't real. They were installed. And anything that was installed can be removed.

The answer a man is searching for has never been in the material, food, club, the drink, the screen, or between the legs of a woman. Those are the places he goes to to distract himself from what he truly needs reach the next echelon of self awareness.

The feelings a man refuses to feel do not disappear. They settle into his body and quietly run his life: his temper, his friendships, his cravings, the women he chooses, the deals he chases and the ones he walks away from.

Nothing in a man's life is random. The relationship that’s rocky, the business that struggled, the season he was lost. Each event carrying a message - but most men choose to ignore the lessons.

Happiness comes and goes. Peace is what remains when a man's thoughts, his emotions and his actions are finally in alignment. It is the rarest thing a man can own, and money has never bought it. Some men will never find it. I’ve spoken to thousands of them.

This is the reason Internal Insight is critical and in order to attain it one must continuously calibrate his thoughts, behaviors and actions to his true baseline.

No matter the situation or how much life experience you have.

A man is never truly calibrated. He understands he is constantly calibrating.
He is reflecting, assessing and realigning himself.

There is no finished version of him waiting at the end. There is only the man who can see where his thoughts have drifted and where his emotions have taken over him - and the man who lives life on auto-pilot.

The first one leads his life.

The second one is led by it.

The walk never ends. And no man accomplishes this alone.
