I’m Hon Cheung, the founder of The Calibrated Men. I help successful Asian men who look in control publicly but feel privately out of alignment rebuild internal insight, genuine intimacy and presence of mind.

The last 6 years I focused on helping men end their lust across porn, masturbation and paid sexual services. In 2023 I left a 6 year marriage and moved back into my parents home. I know the courage it takes to walk away from the fancy home and car, and the humility that comes with starting from ground zero.

Since then I have rebuilt my business, social circle and dating life. Now guiding men personally to do the same and better.

I grew up in Melbourne and have lived and worked across different cultures. I understand what it is like to carry family expectations, build a respectable life and still question whether the life you built is actually yours. I speak Mandarin, Cantonese and Hokkien.

I’m not here to teach men how to perform masculinity. I’m here to help them become more honest, disciplined and more importantly discover what they truly want. Ultimately to become more calibrated internally and externally.
